Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor. - Inc.

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the medical department at the Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan, PA. This full-time position operates Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and document findings, including mental status examinations and treatment plans.
• Perform risk assessments and manage inmates at risk for suicide or self-harm.
• Act as a mental health liaison for external services and facilitate admissions to forensic hospitals.
• Monitor mental health services and ensure compliance with standards of care.
• Participate in quality assurance and develop in-service education programs.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with clinical focus.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
