Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Windsor, CT
Annual Salary: From $75,000/FT

ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience and enthusiasm for working with individuals with disabilities across all age groups. This role involves delivering therapeutic services, performing assessments, working with multidisciplinary teams, and building community partnerships to support clients well-being and quality of life.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a range of disabilities, including physical, developmental, intellectual, and sensory challenges.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to build holistic support systems.
- Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing community resources and support services.
- Engage in community outreach to strengthen partnerships and improve resource access.
- Contribute to program development and provide clinical supervision to interns and students.
- Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with state and agency guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations to support effective service delivery.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
- Current Connecticut LCSW licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in therapeutic approaches suited to diverse needs and disabilities.
- Familiarity with local resources for individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Interest in community outreach and experience in teaching, supervision, or mentorship is a plus.
