About the Job

We are seeking a Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 100% teletherapy position, allowing you to work from home while providing behavioral care services through a HIPAA-compliant online system.

Responsibilities:

Provide mental health services including intake, therapy, and counseling.

Analyze psychological aspects of individual interrelationships.

Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate care.

Maintain progress notes and discharge summaries.

Facilitate therapeutic groups and provide feedback within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with independent practice capability.

1-3 years of experience post-licensure.

Comfortable with technology and strong communication skills.

Logistics:

100% remote, with a flexible schedule.

Compensation: $34 - $41 per hour, with benefits starting at 24 hours/week.
