Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations and devise realistic treatment plans.
• Assess clients using standardized assessment/screening tools.
• Provide brief, solution-focused therapy to clients.
• Facilitate group psychoeducation/treatment for chronic medical conditions.
• Offer information, referrals, and care coordination services.
• Perform crisis assessments/triage with suitable interventions.
• Deliver wellness-related services as needed.
• Document all services in compliance with requirements and manage records electronically.
• Fulfill other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work.
• An LCSW license in California.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.
• Willingness to travel within a 20-30 mile radius.
• Correctional work experience.
