Licensed Clinical Social Worker / LCSW. - Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation.

We are seeking an experienced LCSW dedicated to providing counseling services that support individuals' recovery across physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional dimensions. You will deliver therapeutic interventions and resource recommendations to help patients achieve their personal and independent living goals in an integrated setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and families
• Set measurable objectives with the rehab team
• Assist health team members in understanding social and emotional factors
• Counsel patients and families on coping with illnesses
• Participate in care coordination and resource identification

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
• CPR certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
