Duration: 3+ Month Contract (with potential extension)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Range: $65 - $72/hr. on W2

Responsibilities:

· Provide clinical social work services, including assessments, treatment planning, and support to patients.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

· Offer guidance and emotional support to patients and their families.

· Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records as per organizational and regulatory standards.

· Adhere to confidentiality and professional ethics guidelines.
