We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Therapist, with an annual salary of $63,211.20. Our mission is to empower children and families to thrive through structured, goal-oriented therapy in their natural environments.

Essential Functions:

• Engage families in the therapeutic process and develop measurable goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor progress.
• Resolve crises and teach skills for family safety.
• Travel to client homes and community locations.
• Administer psychological tests and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree with relevant Indiana licensure.
• 3-5 years of field experience preferred.
• Strong community connections and excellent communication skills.
