Join Our Team in Hartford, CT

We are actively seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our partner health service center in Hartford, CT. We have two unique positions available, one focused on working with adolescents and the other with adults. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy tailored to the specific needs of assigned clients (adolescents or adults).
• Conduct thorough intakes and comprehensive assessments for the Behavioral Health program.
• Manage an active caseload, ensuring productivity standards are met and client progress is tracked.
• Establish collaborative relationships with other therapists, physicians, and relevant agencies to facilitate appropriate referrals and coordinate care.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of and comfort with addressing complex issues such as homelessness, substance abuse, mental health diagnoses, and trauma.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to diagnose, assess, and treat behavioral health conditions.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship and prioritize client satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
• Exhibit cultural competency and sensitivity in interactions with diverse client populations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active, independent licensure in CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
• 0-5 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption is required.
