Compensation: Up to $93,600 per year (FT) or $45 per hour (PT) plus competitive benefits.

We collaborate with our facility partners to deliver evidence-based mental health care services, including psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, hospital placements and treatment, educational training, and quality regulatory documentation.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide psychotherapy services at our partner facilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
- Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
- Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
- State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-C)
- Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend calls)
- Ability to stand for 20 minutes
- Ability to lift 15 pounds

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for up to 20 minutes at a time. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
