We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our medical team. As a Clinical Psychologist in our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, using your skills and experience to promote mental health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy based on the needs of patients.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in case conferences and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
- Provide consultation to other healthcare professionals on psychological issues and mental health interventions.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of care in the practice of clinical psychology.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in the medical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current research in the field of clinical psychology.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations and a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
