We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Psychologist - PsyD or Ph.D. to join our Burlington, Massachusetts location.

If they are full-time, clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week. Additional days on-site are required.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $97,000 to $173,200 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted PsyD or Ph.D. licensed in Massachusetts.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Two years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
