Defense Attorney-(Lives near Broward County) (premises liability, bodily injury, professional liability).
- Must be a licensed attorney in Florida (Broward County)
- Handle cases from inception through trial.
- Research the details and evidence involved in cases, review client documentation, or pleadings previously filed in a case, as well as applicable law.

- Interpret case law and decisions handed down by other applicable courts. This can involve analyzing the effects of many factors that might have been involved in other cases.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other documents, such as legal memorandums, and settlement agreements.
EMPLOYMENT Attorney:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in employment law. This position can be hybrid or fully remote, but candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida. Admission to Florida federal courts is strongly preferred.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and pleadings in both state and federal court.
- Conduct written discovery, interview fact witnesses, conduct and defend depositions.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, trials.
