Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Licensed Architect with more than 15 years of experience in high-end residential design and construction to lead projects as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with deep technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering refined, luxury environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct high-end residential projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring superior design and construction quality.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, balancing time, cost, and scope to meet client expectations.
- Lead coordination efforts with clients, consultants, contractors, and artisans to ensure flawless execution.
- Mentor and guide design teams to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive construction documents with a focus on Revit-based design and detailing.
- Oversee site visits, construction progress, and issue resolution, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.
Qualifications
- NCARB Licensed Architect with 15+ years of experience specializing in high-end residential projects in New York City.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Proven project management and leadership capabilities, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regional building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver luxurious, finely crafted spaces.
Compensation
