Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversees all aspects of projects including contracts, administration, and technical execution to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery that meets project goals.
- Develops and maintains thorough understanding of contractual obligations.
- Actively manages client budgets, schedules, programs; project communications, documentation; office administration; and work assignments for internal teams and external consultants.
- Serves as primary daily client contact to complete projects on time, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
- Assists in firm marketing by responding to RFQs/RFPs, participating in interviews, and building client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, with municipal project experience as a plus
- Client-focused approach with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited program
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Architectural licensure required
