Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
Sales Generation: Actively promote insurance products and services to meet sales targets and contribute to the agency's growth.
Policy Review: Regularly review and analyze client policies to ensure they are up-to-date and provide adequate coverage.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies for compliance and reference purposes.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active Florida Property & Casualty license.Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Client Focus: Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a face-to-face work environment and collaborate effectively with the team.Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment while fostering positive relationships.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools.
