The Todd Caviglia Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Professional who is ready to build strong relationships with our current clients and help them protect everything thats important to them -- homes, autos, lives, and retirement income with the proper coverage from one of the best carriers!
If you are someone who has a Valid CA P&C License, with 1+ year of P&C Industry experience, that has a proven track record for positive client interactions; then we can offer you a Flexible Schedule, a great Work / Life Balance, and a great benefit package!
As a Licensed Insurance Professional, you will be answering the phones, assisting our clients with duties such as making payments, answering questions, and advising clients on coverages. You will also be making outbound calls to offer additional services to our current clients, and scheduling appointments. We are seeking candidates who have a great attitude, outgoing personality, someone who never meets a stranger, can multi-task by using multiple computer programs at once, and holds a true passion for helping others.
Total Compensation Package includes Base Pay + Commission and Bonus Opportunities = ranges between $50,000 - $70,000+
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Politely and professionally greet all clients, either in person or on the phone.
- Assist current clients with service-related tasks, including, but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing policies, troubleshooting billing questions, educating, and making informed recommendations on current policies.
- Deepen existing relationships through policy reviews and cross-selling.
- Ability to build rapport, trust and confidence with customers by answering inbound calls.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs.
- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Valid CA Property & Casualty Insurance License *Required*
- Bilingual Spanish
- 1+ Years experienced in a P&C Industry related role
- Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right
- Dependability and reliability are a must
- Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US
