Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Policy Management: Assist customers in policy selection and personalizing coverage plans to fit individual or business needs.
Sales Growth: Drive sales by developing, identifying, and securing new business opportunities, both within the existing customer base and prospective client lists.
Relationship Development: Build strong, long-lasting relationships by providing exceptional service and continuous support to clients.
Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, changes, and competitive products to offer the best solutions to your clients.
Customer Assistance: Handle inquiries, claims, and service requests promptly and follow through efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Networking: Participate in community and business events to promote the agency and support local initiatives.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have or obtain active Iowa Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service.
