Salary Range: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with existing clients, understand their insurance requirements, and provide personalized recommendations. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls effectively, answer inquiries, and propose solutions. Policy Customization: Develop and propose insurance plans that align with each client's specific needs. Cross-selling: Recognize opportunities to expand client portfolios through additional products or services. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Continuous Learning: Keep updated on industry trends to offer informed advice.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess an active sales license or be willing to obtain one.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to work successfully in a hybrid remote work setting and adapt to changing business needs.
Positive Attitude: Display a positive and inviting demeanor, fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
