- Active property & casualty insurance license.
- Achieve specified new business targets.

- Cultivate lasting relationships with industry professionals.
- Reside in one of the following states: Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, or Arizona.
- Possess a reliable laptop.
