Job Description

• Represent clients in general liability defense cases.
  
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and various legal documents.
  
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
  
• Develop trial strategies and advocate for clients in court.
  
• Collaborate with senior litigators to enhance case development.
  
• Manage a diverse caseload while providing strategic legal advice to clients.
  
• Focus primarily on defense-side litigation.
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in general liability defense.
  
• Must possess recent litigation experience.
  
• Familiarity with construction site accidents, product liability, or premises liability is a plus.
  
• Must have experience on the defense side.
