Job Title: Bilingual Fatherhood Specialist (F/T)
Schedule: M-F 8:30a-4:30p (Potential Hybrid after 3 months)

Responsibilities:

Support men in the Long Island Fatherhood Initiative (LIFI) program to enhance parenting skills.

Facilitate workshops and group sessions focused on responsible fatherhood.

Provide one-on-one coaching and resources for personal development.

Collaborate with community organizations to connect fathers with additional services.

Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of participant engagement.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Experience in social services, counseling, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for supporting fathers and families.
