As a team member, participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating care for each patient and family under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact or eligible for licensure in state of employment. One (1) year of LPN experience. AHA BLS obtained prior to the end of orientation.
