This position is in the Video Collaboration group providing Audio / Visual support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve a point of contact for junior and Senior technicians to reach out to for guidance
Serve as a point of contact for escalations before they go to management
Participate in meetings with the customer to discuss current issues, projects, and / or shifts in priorities
Lead regular daily standup meetings with the team to review the daily tasks and define priorities
Review unassigned ticket queue regularly and assign tickets per location
Follow up on ageing ticket reasons with the team and assist to drive the tickets to resolution within SLA
Lead the team to maintain AVT storage rooms and keep rooms organized, clean, and free of security hazards
Review ticket handling to make sure tickets are being documented properly
Lead the team to comply with daily and monthly audits goals established by the customer
Initiate and design project based on room type requirements as part of Break / Fix repair
Create / update / maintain multiple Spreadsheets and project tracking reports(Data Entry)
Procurement - Document monthly inventory and inventory disposition
Service engagements - Request and follow up on required engagements. (Ie. Meeting Support, Room calendar, etc.)
Oversee any construction, physical installation, and programming required
Perform disposition of old AV assets
Commission system functionality
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in Audio / Visual Management or comparable experience in a technical field (AV / VC, Networking, Infrastructure, etc.)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in deploying and / or supporting audiovisual systems and devices
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
Experience in Microsoft Teams based conferencing in an enterprise environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Experience in managing multiple, complex projects
Experience with Office Microsoft Suite
Excellent task management, combined with relentless follow-up
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated and highly adaptable, experience working autonomously
Excels when working in a team-oriented environment and highly motivated to provide a positive user experience
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
$31.00 - $34.00 per hour
