Location: Irvine, CA
Position Type: Contract (6 months)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Position Overview: Answers help desk telephones and responds to customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met (no technical work or intense troubleshooting involved). Follow the knowledge base articles to resolve the typical problems and report to Level 2 in case of issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
1. 0-2 years helpdesk, call center and/or customer service experience
2. Excellent customer service skills required
3. Strong communications skills are required (communication must be clear and easy to understand)
4. Must have positive attitude towards work and be energetic
5. Must be flexible to work different shifts
6. Candidates must be local to Orange County, CA.
