GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Passionate for Sales
Superior verbal and written skills in English and Spanish are a must
Familiar and comfortable with numeric data and accuracy with computer data entry
High integrity, responsiveness, professionalism and personal boundaries
Timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, attitude and desire for professional growth
Strong analytical and problem solving
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Typing speed 40 wpm minimum
Goal oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes
Ability to learn quickly and multitask
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee is required to walk and/or stand up to 8 hours per day
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Use of personal vehicle required
Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
POSITION
Our branches are open Monday through Saturday, from 9:30am to 6:30pm
Non Exempt Position- Full-time (40 hours per week)
EXPERIENCE
Over one year of full-time, relevant work experience: Sales experience (e.g. positions with sales goals).
