A highly regarded law firm in Santa Rosa is looking to find a talented Legal Transactional Assistant for their team. This position will primarily focus on supporting transactional work related to real estate, corporate mergers, and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and managing transactional documents, including purchase agreements, contracts, and related legal materials.
Organize, prepare, and maintain detailed files for real estate transactions and corporate mergers/acquisitions.
Proofread and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Draft routine correspondence and facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Manage schedules, assist with document filing, and help with various administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Top Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of legal secretary experience, preferably with a focus on transactional work (corporate and real estate).
Proven experience with purchase agreements, contracts, and other transactional legal documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proofreading abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
