Legal Talent Assistant - Fawkes IDM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing materials.
• Maintain and update attorney personnel records and databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for attorneys and staff.
• Assist with preparing and distributing various legal talent communications.
• Coordinate attorney performance evaluation processes.
• Assist with attorney development programs and initiatives.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of legal talent events and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of administrative or support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting..
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• High level of professionalism and ability to work well in a team.
