Legal Secretary
Job Information: Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary who will provide specialized administrative support Probate, Land Use, and Estate Law practices.
Location: Toms River, NJ
Hours: Monday-Friday | 9:00 am till 5:00 pm (Can be flexible)

Legal Secretary Job Duties: Draft, prepare, and organize legal documents, including wills, trusts, codicils, probate filings, and land use applications.
Coordinate and manage court filings in state courts.
Maintain attorneys’ calendars, manage deadlines, and schedule appointments and meetings.
Provide professional and confidential client communication and support.
Prepare, proofread, and format complex documents and correspondence.
Assist attorneys with billing processes.
Manage and organize client files, ensuring timely updates and compliance with firm procedures.
Legal Secretary Job Requirements: Experience in probate, land use, and estate law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and discretion.
A proactive team player with the ability to manage priorities independently.
Candidate must be able to provide three references that will be reached out to in order to confirm candidates’ credentials
