Legal Secretary - Irvine Law Firm / Civil Litigation
Onsite position: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary - $73,000 - $85,000 w/annual bonus
We are seeking a Legal Secretary with a minimum of 4 yrs. of experience in a law firm. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing comprehensive support throughout the litigation process. This is a newly created position designed to bolster our team as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and depositions.
- Conduct legal research and compile data as needed.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely follow-up on deadlines.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm setting.
- Experience with Federal & State E-Filing is a plus, will provide training.
- Proficiency in legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Word 2016, Outlook 2016, Excel 2016, NetDocuments, and CompuLaw calendaring. Training will be provided as needed.
