Legal Secretary sought to support high level litigation partner at premier Houston commercial litigation firm.

Experience/Attributes sought:

• 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation
• Pleasant, can do attitude, adaptable
• Strong proofreading skills
• Very organized
• Able to converse with high profile clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Table of Contents, Table Authorities
• Experience with appellate filings helpful!

Duties:

This position includes a blend of litigation and executive assistant duties.

• E-filing
• Generating tables
• Creating e-briefs
• Trial and exhibit preparation
• Retrieving cases from Westlaw
• Time entry, travel arrangements, scheduling, calendaring, sorting mail, other personal assistant duties as requested
