Qualifications:
- Excellent litigation skills required.
- Heavy document management and editing, ability to multi-task, organizational skills a must.
- Experience with motion practice including preparing documents for electronic filing.
- Proficient in MS Word, and all functions including table of authorities, creating links and bookmarking.
- Experience with pdf documents (editing, redacting, etc.)
