Legal Secretary (Part time)

Location: Albany, NY office (100% onsite)
Part time (20 hrs. per week)
Direct Hire Position!
Compensation: $30 - $35/hr
 
Job Overview: The Legal Secretary will be responsible for formatting, archiving, and distributing legal and contractual documents for JCSA Holdings, Inc. and all of its affiliated companies. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA and background check.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a related role
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
• Notary certification preferred
• Excellent client service and listening skills

• Assist in the development, review and execution of all contractual, legal, and business documents as requested.
• Create and maintain a functioning file system
• Draft, edit, and finalize written communications
• Manage phone calls, messages, and emails for attorneys, clients, and staff
• Assist with company audits
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on document retrieval
