Legal Records Coordinator

Ensure daily smooth operations of Legal Records Department of leading firm. This is a direct hire Monday through Friday 9am-5pm onsite position. Duties include:

• Receiving incoming legal documents, creating and maintaining files, and scanning and delivery of materials requested by staff
• Responsible for emailing and scanning various types of documents
• Updating databases
• Identifying essential deadlines and information to be noted by attorneys
• Electronically saving scanned records and filing documents under their respective client and matter numbers
• Performing database research to locate archived files, etc.
• Maintaining file room and supplies
• Assisting Records Manager

Experience with records management required, knowledge of MS Office Suite, experience with Rightfax and iManage is a plus.
