Legal Receptionist - PeopleShare Inc

Position Summary:
PeopleShare is seeking a polished, customer-focused Legal Receptionist to manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff for one of our clients in Reston, VA!

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and employees with professionalism, manage visitor security procedures, and maintain a tidy lobby.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring all setups are complete.
• Support with clerical tasks, including organizing files, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
• Provide light hospitality (coffee, water, and food orders) and maintain office supplies.
• Build rapport with clients, attorneys, and staff to create a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a professional setting; legal environment experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items).

Stable work history, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional attitude are essential. Candidates with extensive short-term roles or paralegal backgrounds will not be considered.
