Job Description: Boutique law firm in Mid-Wilshire seeks an exceptional Legal Receptionist to join their team. The ideal Legal Receptionist possesses their Bachelor's degree, has utilized Prolaw to perform accounting functions for invoices, and has demonstrated experience assisting with various administrative tasks such as setting up conferences, answering phone calls, and greeting guests.
Legal Receptionist Job Duties:
- Manage the front desk, greet and welcome incoming clients, and answer phone calls
- Schedule conferences and prepare meeting rooms, catering, etc.
- Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and restock as needed
- Assist with accounting tasks, including posting invoices for clients
- Photocopy, scan, and fax documents
Legal Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Prolaw experience strongly preferred, particularly with experience posting invoices/accounting
- 1-3+ years of prior experience working in a law firm setting required
