Manager's Job Description: Covid Vax required Looking for Someone who can work with out supervision and understands the front desk can be very busy as well as very quiet. CW will Meet & greet all incoming guests & vendors, schedule & coordinate on all guests with the building, schedule conference rooms & guest offices, answer all incoming calls. Position is mostly sitting and assistance will be made available for any lifting over 50lbs. No driving is required. Dress code is Business casual, polo shirs, khaki pants, dresses & skirts. Jeans in good repair are fine. No flipflops or leggings. Worksite address is BCLP 1920 Main Street Suite 1000, Irvine, CA 92614 Parking is covered by the client-parking card will be issued as well as access fob to the 10th floor.
Typically Required: - High school diploma required. - Two years of related business experience preferred, strong preference for Admin experience particularly in a law firm/legal environment. - Associate Degree or Bachelor s degree preferred. - MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point. - Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Demonstrated organizational and communications skills. - Proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Reception: Welcome all visitors and employees, ensuring a professional and warm reception.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Schedule and prepare conference rooms with necessary supplies, beverages, and equipment before meetings.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer incoming calls, maintaining professional communication in line with firm standards.
- Clerical Support: Assist with clerical duties such as document preparation, file management, calendar scheduling, and legal correspondence.
- Client Interaction: Build relationships with clients and staff, understanding and aligning with firm culture.
- Security & Hospitality: Manage visitor security procedures, perform light housekeeping, and handle hospitality tasks like coffee or food orders.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests and staff with information about the local area, including restaurants and services.
- Supply Management: Order and organize office supplies, keeping workspaces tidy.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist with both legal and administrative duties.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology is preferred.
