We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Legal Project Manager to join our legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in legal project management, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing project strategies, managing legal projects, and utilizing various software platforms including CaseText, Kira, Asana, and NetDocs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal project management or a related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute project strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of legal services.
2. Manage the full lifecycle of legal projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Utilize CaseText, Kira, Asana, and NetDocs to manage and streamline legal processes.
4. Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
6. Lead and facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
7. Continually review and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal project management or a related field within a law firm or legal department.
3. Proven experience with legal project management software, including CaseText, Kira, Asana, and NetDocs.
4. Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear and actionable project plans.
5. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
10. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
11. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
