About the Job
Well-respected and established Boston Law firm is looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Practice Coordinator. This key role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth operation of our family law practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist attorneys and paralegals, manage calendars, prepare and file legal documents, maintain client files.
Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact, prepare for consultations, gather documentation, ensure high client service.
Case Management: Manage case deadlines, conduct assessments, monitor progress, coordinate with external parties.
Billing and Financial Coordination: Assist with billing, track billable hours, liaise with accounting.
Team Collaboration: Work with staff to improve efficiency, participate in meetings, provide training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years in a legal administrative role, preferably in family law or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Paralegal certification or legal assistant training preferred.
