We are actively recruiting for an experienced legal office administrator to join our client's firm in San Diego!
This opportunity is with a growing midsized law firm with three office locations across California that provides comprehensive solutions and legal representation for businesses and individuals throughout the state. The incoming office administrator will manage and support the daily administrative and operations functions across the firm's three office locations and report directly to the Managing Partner and CFO. Core responsibilities will include

- Management of the firm's administrative support services (legal secretaries, paralegals, administrative assistants, interns, and
receptionists).
- Human Resources: Hiring legal and support staff, onboarding, training, administering performance reviews, conflict resolution,

- Management of library and information resources, and oversight of purchasing and budgeting across all three offices.
- Event Coordination: CLE programs, summer events, holiday events, special events, and office activities.
