Location: Various locations across Ohio

As a Legal Invoicing Coordinator, you will oversee the billing and invoicing process within a legal firm, ensuring that all invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with client guidelines. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and financial departments to resolve discrepancies and improve billing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage legal billing processes, including invoice preparation and submission.
Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with client billing standards.
Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies by liaising with clients and internal teams.
Maintain detailed records of billing data and generate financial reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in legal billing and familiarity with billing software (Timeslips, Elite, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of legal billing codes and regulations.
