Legal Executive Assistant #31632 - JOHNLEONARD

JOHNLEONARD is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join our client's growing team in Boston. This Legal Executive Assistant role comes with a generous salary of $90K-$115K, many excellent benefits, and the chance to progress your career at an elite law firm. Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services industry is required.

The Legal Executive Assistant will provide assistance to and manage resources for a team of attorneys across various practice areas, primarily litigation and transactional. You will also handle standard administrative functions, including answering, screening, placing phone calls, opening and routing mail as directed, maintaining files, records, attorney calendars and time records, and preparing attorney expense reports.

• Monitor attorney's e-mail to process new messages, maintain organized e-mail folders, and keep the attorney apprised of priorities
• Handle all aspects of document preparation, processing, preparing redlines, and PDF conversions
• Prepare check requests for vendor invoices
• Research and make complex travel arrangements, including assisting with visa requirements
