We, Cinter Networks, are seeking an Legal Coordinator
• Working Location: Cincinnati Ohio (Onsite)
• Working hours : 24-30 hours per week
• Employment Type : Non-Exempt
• Salary : $20 - $25

Job Overview
Paralegals, or Paralegal students are welcome to this position!
Administrative, organizational skills are important for this role but these could be learned on the job.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Organizing and maintaining confidential documents in the company database
• Acting as liaison with external legal counsel
• Investigating case law, searching public records, and utilizing other resources to conduct and present legal research for Cinter
• Keeping updated on developing legal decisions, articles, statutes, codes, documents, and other data
• Moderate legal meetings
• Keeping business filings up to date
• Coordinating compliance trainings for employees
• Manage business insurance and employee/ employer compliance
• Office management tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Word
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of legal processes, procedures and resources
• Must be able to multi-task and manage time-sensitive documents
• Office administration experiences
• Basic Japanese language skills preferred
• Associate degree or higher in legal, HR or administration preferred
