Availability: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, with a 30 min lunch. Start date /New Hire Training Class starting this Friday, 1/17 or Monday, 1/20.
Growing Seattle Legal Administration Firm is looking for dedicated, friendly, and professional Customer Service Contact Center Agents!
You will work in a fast-paced office environment answering incoming calls, accessing, and entering data into the client database, and occasionally placing outbound calls to class members or claimants to assist with current class action settlements. Call volume fluctuates and may be very high volume at times. Successful reps seek to create a positive experience for each customer. They actively listen, address all concerns, questions, and complaints, and provide accurate and efficient responses.
Customers are typically inquiring about the status of, or information regarding, class action lawsuits or settlements. Scripting is provided to detail information with which to respond.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls from class action/settlement members in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Respond appropriately with scripted, legal information provided while creating a friendly and professional interaction.
- Use active listening skills, confirming and clarifying information and providing appropriate responses.
- Acknowledge and demonstrate empathy appropriately within requirements and defuse concerned callers when necessary.
- Use software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understand, meet, or exceed performance metrics while maintaining excellent quality measurements.
- Participate in ongoing and project-specific training with the ability to absorb and implement new information quickly.
- Adhere to all company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous phone customer service experience strongly preferred; also open to previous experience that shows the ability to prioritize, multitask, ability to work in a high volume environment, are reliable and dependable
- Accurate and fast typing skills are critical.
- Must possess active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working/reading from provided scripts.
- Must possess stellar phone skills and be comfortable working with customers over the phone for the vast majority of work time
- Ability to accept feedback, work independently, and be productive.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Adaptability, accountability, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes
