What You'll Do
We are seeking a Case Manager to handle personal injury pre-litigation and some litigation cases. The position supports the attorney throughout all phases of pre-litigation. This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, insurance companies and requires someone who can handle a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and a team player. This is an 100% onsite position at our Downtown Atlanta, GA location (located in the Bank of America building).
What You Need
- At least 1 year of prior Case Management or Paralegal experience required (preference given to those with Personal Injury experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Experience with medical records management.
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Personal Injury experience (Preferred)
- FileVine or Case Management System knowledge (Preferred)
