Legal Billing Specialist - LHH Recruitment Solutions

A regional law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist in their Cerritos office. This position will be working with a team of billing specialists to generate, review and edit pre-bills and final invoices for clients and attorneys. This is a an exciting opportunity with a well-established and growing law firm.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit monthly pre-bills for clients and attorneys.

• Communicate closely with the team to accommodate special terms and adjustments.

• Electronically redact and transmit client invoices.

• Perform e-billing tasks.

• Create monthly reports and reminder statements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of e-billing experience within a legal department.

• Knowledge of Aderant of another legal billing software a plus.

• Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis.

The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. The firm also offers benefits including health coverage, a profit sharing plan and 16 vacation and sick days to start.
