Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the billing process within the law firm, from the preparation and distribution of pre-bills to the finalization of billing.
- Collaborate with attorneys to resolve any billing issues and ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of billing information and adherence to firm policies.
- Provide strategic direction for the billing department, setting goals and objectives to drive performance.
- Train and mentor billing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on billing activities and trends to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in attorney billing within a law firm environment.
- Proven experience as a Legal Billing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in billing software and other financial management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
