Legal/Billing Assistant | Part Time | Mason, OH

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal/Billing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with CLIO software and familiar with domestic relations forms specific to Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties. Most of the work can be done remotely, and you will need your own laptop for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with domestic relations cases using county-specific forms (Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont).
  
• Utilize CLIO software for case management, document organization, and billing.
  
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  
• Ensure timely filing and management of legal documents.
  
• Communicate with clients and court personnel as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency with CLIO software is a must.
  
• Knowledge of Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont county domestic relations forms preferred.
  
• Proven experience working in a law setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  
• Must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Pay:

$15/hr paid weekly
