Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide critical administrative support, ensuring the success of the legal team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document Management: Editing and proofreading documents, maintaining transaction spreadsheets, and assisting with closing logistics and binder assembly.
- Administrative Support: Managing schedules and calendars, arranging travel, updating contracts, creating new business intake forms, and assisting with client proposals.
- Expense and Time Tracking: Tracking attorney expenses and ensuring time entries comply with firm and client guidelines.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
