Compensation: $52 – 70k/year

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial support to assigned attorneys, mastering proactive-specific tasks such as correspondence, spreadsheet management, and document preparation.
• Handle routine correspondence, legal documents, and memoranda efficiently.
• Manage telephone communications, take messages, and provide legal information as needed.
• Maintain attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Organize files and records, monitor ongoing matters’ progress, ensure court-ordered actions compliance, and handle billing-related tasks including time entries and statements preparation.

What you’ll need to be considered:

• Proficient in advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and adaptability to new software.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong client service focus, team collaboration skills, and self-motivation to work independently.
