- Provides general office, administrative support to attorney.
- Assist with translating documents to Spanish speaking clients
- Type letters, send emails, make photocopies, scan documents
- Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files
- Monitoring and updating calendars
- Preparing documents and files for meeting
- Entering information into file database and case management software
- Confirming appointments and providing updates to clients
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish is a MUST
- Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Able to work onsite M-F, 9am to 5pm
- Great attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Dependability, Client Confidentiality
Salary
20 - 22 /hour
